- Order of Regional Director.
Required Activities During the change of Workplace Location –
- A special resolution should be prepared by the company’s board which is needed to be approved by the RD (Regional Director)
- Next, the special resolution passed in general meeting should be filed with ROC in consequences to change in the company’s MOA (Memorandum of Association)
- Notice to Creditors and Debenture holders should be given about the proposed change.
- News Paper advertisement should be given in both English and Vernacular language in the district of the existing Office as per prescribed format in Form INC-26, at least fourteen days before the passing of resolution.
- Obtaining a Regional Director Order.
- E-Filing of Form MGT-14 and INC-22 with the ROC within thirty days of passing the resolution, including altered MOA and General Meeting details.
- Submit the Application to Regional Director in form INC-23.
- Intimate the change to various Governemt agencies, local authority and other Non-Government bodies.
